Transposing 2 - 70,000+ long columns into approx 4600 rows with 15 columns each

Hi All,

I have a data export of some 4600 businesses that has put business name and then 14 rows of data for each business vertically down two very long columns i.e. .70,000+ rows.

I want to transpose each 15 vertical cells for each business into one row per business.

The business names are in column B starting at row 13 and then every 15 rows down the column. i.e. B13 then B28 then B43 ..... etc

The individual business data for each business is in column F starting at row 14 then continuing down for 13 more rows in column F i.e. F14:F27 then F29:F42 ....... etc

I would like the quickest and most effective way to achieve this transposition please.
