Copying Data from one Sheet to another and adding rows to accomodate

Good afternoon,

I need to copy data that is entered (pasted) into sheet 2 (Data) and move it to sheet 1 (Billing Statement) however I never know how much data there will be and I need sheet 1 to accommodate space accordingly, i.e. enter new rows if data is more than what is seen. Please help! I have attached document for reference.
