Array populating only some data from Macro

I am having trouble with data populating from a macro. Some of the cells are populating correctly, but for some reason others are not. I tried to reformat the cells in which the formula is evaluating the numbers but this does not seem to work.

In the document you will see the array formula evaluating if cells from "Previous Week! F:" are different from "Current Week! F:" then it will populate the necessary information in the array formula on the "Overview!" sheet.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

One specific example is in column A on the "Prev Week" & "Current Week" tab. The number is 400498.

In row F: which is the row the array is evaluating these numbers do not match, which would make the data populate in the "Overview" tab. For some reason this is one example of where the data is not populating.
