User Form guidance needed.

Hello everyone!!

I have branched out and am experimenting with creating user forms. I have played around with a few things that I found on different sites and posts. I have attached the sample user form I am trying to create. I have the form created to allow for user input and for the input to be placed on to a hidden sheet. However, I would like the user to be able to click on the button I created that will take the data from the hidden sheet and place in the appropriate cells on the master form and then email to a particular email. I would also like the ability to import picture(s) into the form. Can I accomplish this??
