Speeding up autifilter on multiple sheets

I want to filter 4 worksheets, but it takes a lot of time, something like 5 seconds, I need it to be at least twice faster.
I'm using this formula:

Hi,

you should desactivate the screen update before the loop, see ScreenUpdating property VBA help …

That was first thing I've done. I found alternative way for speeding up filtering - by switching off calculations.
