Copy same column from multiple sheets to new wkbk with multiple sheets

I have numerous budget workbooks that have many sheets (destination). I also have identical workbooks that contain data for the column August (source). I need to copy the 'August' column for all sheets in the source workbook to the 'August' column in the destination workbook. I am not a coder, but need a macro to do this task.

There are specifics (workbook names, sheet names, and such) that will be needed in the code and what you have provided is not sufficient. You'll find that you will get the help you need if you upload your workbooks and make sure they contain non-sensitive or personal data in them. If you do that I'm sure it won't take long to workout your requirements.

I have attached samples of the two files. I need to copy column P, all sheets, from the BUDGET_REPORT_ACT.xls file to column P,all sheets, in the BUDGET_REPORT_BUD.xls file.

For instance, Column P from 30010_101 in BUDGET_REPORT_ACT.xls needs to be copied to Column P from 30010_101 in BUDGET_REPORT_BUD.xls. Also for _102, _103, and _104.

In the actual files, there are dozens of these sheets, and there are sutotal sheets between some of the sheets that need to be copied.
