Macro to automatically send email

Hello,

I have a very limited knowledge of using macros and I have this sheet i am trying to send automatically(every 2hrs) in the body of an email to a single recipient to be taken from a cell on the sheet.
I created a button too that would enable me turn on auto email.

I am using outlook2010 as the email client
I have attached a sample sheet to illustrate what i am trying to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey buddy

Give the attached a try. It uses the persons full name to get their first name, and sends out an email using the user form
from the 'write message' button.
Pretty simple to amend if need be, but the basic is: Add name, add email, write email, press send.
