standard excel into VBA formatting issue

This works, apart from the fact that it gives me the following result:

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the ACTUAL cell after the beginning of the IF statement, (BF492) instead of ('BF492')

How do I remove the ' ' that surround the cell?
