Userform Crashing

Hi guys maybe somebody can give an advice why my userform keeps crashing.
So what i do:
1. I open a workbook
2. Click on the button to open userform (it opens normally)
3. When i start typing in the textbox it crashes straight away

but there is a trick, if i open the workbook and go straight to Developer tab and open visual basic, after that i can close a visual basic and use my userform as normal.
Where can be the problem, i need to sort it out because other people will be using this form.

Any ideas?
