Merge adjacent cells in rows having same values

Dear All,

I need to merge adjacent cells in rows having same values.

Like, if "Value1" is in the cells a2,a3,a4 and a8,a9,a10,a11 then i need to merge a2 to a4 and a8 to a11. Like that i have to check for all the values in the sheet.

I am attaching the excel files before and after merging.
