Autofilter vba not actually filtering - manual steps needed to filter- help

Hi,

So weird occurrence i have a snippet in my code that just does some simple filters. However, after it conducts the last filter and goes to copy it all it doesn't actually display anything. In order to get it to display anything after this point i need to click on the filter drop down select custom and then just click "ok". so its all correct i just need to reconfirm the okay and i dont know why.

Would anyone know why?

Resolved: it doesn't like date so i used CLng(date)
