Autofilter with multiple checkboxes selections on userform with vba

Hello Everybody..

Iam Monty New user to this forum..Hope i can get the solution
I have designed userform with a frame with option buttons...
Example
INDIA
USA
if india is selected need to show another userform with tabbed form where usa tab is disabled and only india is activiated where we have multiple checkboxes with states. i may select any city (Multiple cities) finally it should auto filter data in excel as India(first column) and selected cities...Please help. Screenshot's Attatched
