macro to delete entire row with a checked box

I need a macro to delete a row which contains a checked box. The list I have is about 4 rows which might be increased. I need a macro to run through column B to see if there is a checked box and delete or hide the row if any is detected.

I tried the code but it didn't work as expected . I wanted only rows which have the boxes checked yo be deleted. Your code deletes all the rows whether checked or unchecked .
