How do I create a macro that will split my spreadsheet into individual files?

Hello. I need help creating a macros. Does anyone know how I would create a macro to break down the attached file by Rep Name into individual Excel files? Example: I need a report for HouseB2BClark,Brian, Maurella Jr,Anthony J, Nurbin,Rebecca, etc. I run the same report every week and need to break it down into seperate files and a macro would help me greatly.

The macro works perfect! Thank you so much!!

Is there a way to save the formatting from the original into the new individual files?
