Create Auto Email in Outlook from Excel if conditions are met

I am looking for VBA code which will auto-check if in Column B or C and extract the list from Column D and paste it in Email body with prefix email body.

Attached is sample data i would expect the email should go to "[email protected]" and in the email body the name should A, B, C & D.
