Priavte sub to move chart nearby active cell in column B

Hello,

I'm looking for a vba code that help me move my chart to nearby the active cell. For example, if I click any row in column B like click on cell B41 I need to move my chart to near row B41. If I click somewhere else except within column B the chart will be moved far over to cell EH5.

Please help.
