Splitting Cells with multiple values into separate rows

Hi, I would like to split some data into individual rows.

There are essentially two types of data within each cell in the spread:
    1) Multiple values
    2) Single values

    Example: A1:E8

An example using test scores is shown below:

Would it be possible to write a macro such that it would leave out the single values such as Sally & John. At the same time, proceed to split multiple values such as Jason into separate rows, and duplicate the data (Name) for the new rows that have been split.

    Example: A13:E20

    example1.xlsx

    Thank You
