Hello there,
I'm trying to use a string variable when inserting formulas. Having looked at a couple of other threads I still cant figure out the problem with my code?

Space either side of & is required. That is first problem.
You should also use Formula not FormulaR1C1 since you are passing an A1 style reference, not an R1C1 style one. And it's safer to enclose the sheet name in single quotes:
