A Copy & Paste Special macro...

Hi everyone,

I'd like to create a macro button that executes a copy and paste operation when it is clicked...what I'd like it to do is copy a range of cells, then paste just the VALUES into cells below them...the trick is Id like it to paste in the next lower row every time it is pressed, such that the data pasted in via the macro previously is not erased. Ideally, it would look down the rows, then paste in the first one that did NOT contain any data. The cells I'd like to copy are in D3:N3. Moreover, I'd like to automatically fill in the cells with a color based on what text a certain cell contains. The cell is E3, and the color key is the range of P2:Q5.

I've attached the spreadsheet below, and I have already copied two entries into D6:N6, and D7:N7 just for an example. I'd appreciate any help!
