Trouble copying filtered data to new Workbook- Run-time Error 13

Hello,
I need some help with this bit of code... I'm attempting to copy filtered data from one Workbook to a newly created Workbook and I'm having trouble with the paste function. I'm using the debug 'run to cursor' function and it seems to hang up when I activate the destination workbook-- I get a "Run-time Error 13, mismatch type". I'm not very good at coding, so I'm sure I've missed some very elemental steps in the process. Any help would be greatly appreciated! My code so far:
