Check the Queue Number from column H in Sheet1 and change it to Queue Name

Hi Guys

In the following code, in select statement Type & Type1 & Type2 defines queue number. And now in sheet2 , there is a list of Queue names and corresponding queue numbers. So When the data gets copied from Access to Excel using the code below then i want the code that will check the queue number and replace it with queue name in Sheet1. Can anyone please help me in this? Thanks

In the attached workbook , The list of Queue Name and Queue Number are showen.So now I want is when the data gets copied from Access to Excel then check column H values and replace it with Queue Name . If column H has a Queue Number that is not present in Sheet2 then just leave it otherwise replace it with the relevant Queue Name.
