Survey Form controls - Formatting issues

Hi all; I'm not sure where to post this as it's not about functions or formulas, charts or pivots. I sensed the VBA and macro guys might know hence putting this here.

I have Excel 2007 and have added multiple slider style form controls to a worksheet. My sheet works well and the formulas are designed to carry on calculating if a survey question (a row) is deleted. This all works fine only if I delete the row, the slider remains and if you delete a few, they all stack up on top of each other and often become deformed shapes.

Ideally, if I delete a row I want the form control to go too!

I'm also interested in fixing the size of the control. I've specified 0.5cm high and 6.5cm long but this seems to not work. Aligning them is a nuisance and is all done manually. Can I fix the size, lock it to a cell and delete it automatically if I delete the row?

    Sample attached.
