Do While Loop Code Assistance

Hi everyone, I am looking for assitance with something and I hope you can help. Essentially I need the manager name to repeat and remove the total lines. I am assuming it is a DO loop based on Agent name column, something like get range until blank spot after the last person in column C, use that range to fill column B, then delete the total row (also based on column C Blank spot).

I am not new to VBA, but am new to loops and I am trying to learn.
