automation error the object invoked -2147417848

Hi all,
I developped this macro that download an excel file from our internal conpany web site.
so my problem is that everything work fine if the macro it's runned by my PC, when used from another colleague this doesn't work at all, it seem that the object myIE as soon as the web page it's open, expire !!
error message : "automation error the object invoked has disconnected from its clients"

any idea of what there is wrong ? and why on my PC this works very well and in other no ?
FYI I checked all VBA references and they look ok
