Merge Multiple CSV files to one XLS with multiple tabs

I am able to Run the Macro (As suggested i have Modified fpath - with current Directory path and "\") but i believe there is still issue with the coding.

Please correct me if i am Wrong , I am Using Listed Coding and Procedure.

Procedure

1. Open Excel (Book1), Press F11 , Copy Paste Code , Change fpath with "\" at last
2. Run Macro

Output

Both CSV ~ Test1.csv and Test2.csv Open and Main Excel (Book1) Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 Deleted (by Macro) only sheet 3 available with no value.

Kindly suggest the way forward.

PROBLEM:

Create a bat file with the command "copy *.csv all-groups.csv" in a folder where csv files are there and then run. It will merge all csv files into single csv file.
