side note

if i put error resume next, it ignores data the first time, but on the second loop it works fine

I don't see the .body attribute for iedoc when debugging. To see this put a breakpoint on the line you are getting the error on, and put iedoc in your watch window. Then you can click on the + sign next to iedoc when the macro stops at the breakpoint and see all possible attributes.

Very weird, the error seems to have stopped now and i havent done anything, but will try this if it pops up again and put in a error handler
