Code is pasting formulas instead of values - Please help

I am trying to copy data from an employee worksheet into a database that tracks the history of that data when they click submit. Everything is working well, except I can't figure out how to change the code to copy and paste values instead of the formulas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is my code as it stands now:
