copy/paste link to another workbook based on number in column 1

hi all Im new here and have very little experience with vba so be gentle with me

I have a workbook containing info on people; I need to be able to copy certain parts of that info to another specific workbook based on a number in column 1

So, if the number in column 1 is 1 I need to be able to copy the info from columns E to P and paste a link to these into workbook 1 sheet 1
If the number is 2 it goes to workbook 2 sheet 1 and so on
I need it to be a link rather than a straight copy/paste as the info in the starting workbook can change at any time and I don’t want to have to keep changing every sheet every time
