Macro doesn't pull enough information from ERP program

I have a spreadsheet with a sheet/macro (PONY -VAN OP) that is supposed to generate a list of current checks through our ERP program, Harry Rhodes (HRMS). The macro works some days and other days it only generates to approximately row 500 or so. One of the days I even found the information I needed several hundred rows down after scrolling through blank rows. I have tried messing with the macro and have gotten it to work, but then a couple of days, maybe even a week later, it stops working again. I am only an intermediate Excel user and a novice with macros. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I have copied the macro code to a Word document for easy reading and a read only copy of my spreadsheet. I know the macro will not work for outsiders due to the link between the software, but at least you can get a feel for what my issue is. Many thanks here to anyone that is willing/that can help me.
