Concatenating two columns and reversing after concatenating the result

I have the below scenario and I have to write a VBA to loop through the below.

Hi Irfan,

As discussed, could you please provide the tool to list all combinations of two sets of columns e.g.:

Column A – Suburbs
Bankstown
Auburn

Column B – Services
Tree Removal
Land Clearing
Mulching

I want the end results to display in column C :
Suburbs Services:
Bankstown Tree Removal
Bankstown Land Clearing
Bankstown Mulching
Auburn Tree Removal
Auburn Land Clearing
Auburn Mulching

And to display on another column D:
Services Suburbs:
Tree Removal Bankstown
Tree Auburn
Land Clearing Bankstown
Land Clearing Auburn
Mulching Bankstown
Mulching Auburn
