Hide rows if the cell is empty

Hello

In column B, I have various tickers. However, some of the rows do not have tickers and are empty, and I would like a macro that automatically hides these rows with the empty cell in column B. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you!

Right now I have this which works, but it takes so long when I run the macro--around 1 minute. Is there a way to make this simpler so it doesn't take so long to run?
