macro to import varying data rows into fixed table

Hi,

I am pretty efficient with excel but a novice with VBA. I think to accomplish what I trying to do I will need some assistance in creating a Macro with VBA. I've attached an example; hopefully I explained my goal clearly. Any help setting me in right direction would be appreciated



I'm importing data onto this page that can have up to 15 data groups with anywhere from 5 to 20 rows. I'm trying to create a macro
that will import it into a sheet similar to sheet 3 the problem I am having is that the rows to each data group varies day to day.

By trying I mean want to acomplish with the data varying in length every day I can't do a recorded macro through excel. I have zero code through vba. No idea where to begin. Thats what I am asking for help on
