Listbox addNew Items?

Hi,
The listbox fill in the right values inside two columns.
Since I've got two left I would like to know how to add new items inside.
I've tried things like .List(0,2) = "new items" and .List(0,3) = "new items" but it don't work.
How to fill the rest of the columns?
Is it good usage to set values later on inside? Like Application.WorksheetFunction.CountIfs?
Whats your opinion about that?
