Hi all
I've made an email macro that checks a date of an expiry on a spreadsheet, and emails the person if they have less than five or so days left before it expires.
What I'd like to do is email each person once with up to five title entries, instead of five emails with one entry, when their certificates are close to expiry.
Is there a way of doing so please? I have an idea of how to go about this by creating a new sheet which would automatically collate each persons certificates using concatenation, dim the cell string as XXX and use that in the email body.
I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet for reference, with an example of the email it currently sends and what I would like to achieve.

EDIT: I have now solved this issue.
FOR REFERENCE: I've devised an automatic PivotTable based on the fields I have in the sheet.
Filters all numbers less than/equal to 5, and sends out 1 email with each certificate name using HTML/Macro
