Creating customized letters based on criteria

Hi there, I guess I have a real challenge here. Firstly I need to say, I am not able to do this, but maybe some of you skilled members can. It would make my job so much easier.
I am considering to make a little donation to whoever can help.

So, here is the problem:

- I would like to generate customized letters ( the [adressing] would be replaced to what is in the cells List1!E7:F7 and the [date] to what is in the cell List1!C3)

- There are always 3 templates named 1,2,3 in a folder - the program should choose the name of a template by a randomly generated number (1-3) in the cell List1!F17

- The path to the 3 templates will be determinated by set of criteria specified in List1!E3:F17 (The path will differ whether the recipient is male/female , new customer/returning customer, is / isnt christmas time, is / isnt a gift included, is/isnt VIP customer). In total, there will be 32 possible paths.

- The program will copy the specific template from given path, edit it (adressing, date) and paste it in the folder "new letters" - the name of the file should be [date]

Ok, so that is all. I hope I didnt scare you.

If you are willing to pay there is a commercial forums area where you can post a problem and payment, might get a quicker response.

Well, how much, do you think, it will cost to create this VBA program? I would like to pay directly to the person.
Maybe just PM me whoever is interested?
