Change properties of individual pages of a multipage control at run time

Hello,

Surprised that I've had trouble finding information on this. I want to be able to change the properties of individual pages in a multipage tool at run time (specifically, I want the caption of the selected page to be bolded). Is this something you can do? How do you refer to a page control programmatically?

Seems silly because I think that would be really useful. In fact in my case, I know it would! Hope they can add that functionality in the future. Thanks for your help.
