Wait until cell is not blank

I have the loop below that is looping until a cells value doesnt equal blank. Sometimes the cell value will be empty but have blanks it pulls back, so almost like several spaces and the loop below is reading that as not blank and letting the vba proceed. Is there a way to have it loop until the first cell value is a letter or number or a way to fix this?
