Additem to OLEobject combobox

So I'm basically trying to additems to a ComboBox and I had little success to say the least. Here is my code :

In a relative matter,
Is there a way to automaticly add a code in a new worksheet. Let me rephrase that :

When I create a new sheet, some change events codes are already incorporated into it? Is there a way to make that happen?
