Sorting Table Incorrectly?

I have a macro that sorts a table:

My user suspects that sometimes it sorts incorrectly; as if some columns were sorted and others were not. Also, it seems as if one or two rows are sorted out of the intended order. Has anyone heard of these problems before?

Part of my problem is that the worksheet is large, and errors aren't always obvious. Does anyone know a way of confirming that the table is sorting incorrectly?

I would imagine it would be difficult to check it in any way other than visual. Id Excel IS sorting incorrectly, it is doing it for a reason, probably related to the contents of the cells. So, any comparison you try to make in Excel will probably obey the same rules. If for example, you compare cell A3 to A2 it wil say it is bigger.

Where does the data come from? If it's from a web site it might have non-displayed characters embedded in the data.

If your user thinks the data is sorted incorrectly, s/he need to bring you examples so you can investigate. Otherwise, you'll never know.
