Hello,
Looking for a little help with this. Excel file attached explains situation (colors and pictures included free of charge!). I think it could also be solved with a combo of OFFSET, VLOOKUP, MATCH, & INDEX maybe?

would this work?
its basically an IF formula and some basic filtering which can be done quite easily in macro
