Extract the data selected in ListBox to cells

hi all

hope all r fine...

i need our help please to create simple macros assigned to button to extract the selected items from the list box to cells

please check the attached file
jjjj.xlsm
....if i select y2 and y7....will copy these two selected to the next sheet "sheet2" but i want to paste it at the last used cell in column A

additionally....please advise the code to reset the selected items from the listbox.
