Macro to prompt user to save afer 5 minutes of activity

Hello - I would like to have a macro run on every new file that displays a message after the file has been open for 5 minutes, reminding the user to save. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance!s

    Try this code..

Copy and paste following code in the "ThisWorkbook" Module..
It will be automatically activated when workbook gets open..

Why not just set excel to auto-save after 5 minutes?
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Becuase the issue I have is not with the computer or program crashing -- it is with users who forget to save, hit close and still forget to save
