I can not figure out why only the color index 5 and 8 are working in the example- (1). To tun it say "no" to the initial prompt that comes up and select 1 from the dropdown in A2. Before some additional functionality was added it was called TestBook and that highlighted appropriately.
There are 4 steps that will populate the classification (iclassification) column - not every step will have data in it:
clinvar step
This step is the priority step and if there is data in this column (iclinvar) then that data is used to classify and highlight accordingly.
common step
If there is data in this column (icommon) then that data is used to classify and highlight accordingly.
inheritance step
If there is data in this column (iinheritance) then that data is used to classify and highlight accordingly.
gender step
If there is data in this column (igender) then that data is used to classify and highlight accordingly.
There are 6 classifications (benign, likely benign, unknown, pathogenic, likely pathogenic, and untested) that will result from the 4 steps above and a specific row highlighting as well. It’s a bit difficult to explain, but in TestBook all the different scenarios are there and that seemed to work. Thank you.
