    Help with Concatenate based on Color within a border

    I am trying to concatenate based on color within a border. Please see the attached excel sheet. I tried to filter the data and concatenate but it is of no use. Can somebody help me with this

    You can create custom functions in VBA to return a range.cells fill colour.
    You could also use the XLM4 Macro function GET.CELL (define it as a "name" and you could use that).
    However, this would work cell independent and you want to comapre multiple cells in a range. VBA would be the best approach, creating a custom function to return the concatenation, something like...

    Ideally, here the bottom double border is considered as range..can anybody help me with that... Essentially, i need to concatenate the cells with color and within a range(represented by double border)...Selecting a range every time is time consuming
