UserForm add record counter Specif criteria of date range

Hi Friends

can you help me with codes
in my workbook i have a USERFORM built ..now i want to add Record counter ( textbox / Label ) counting rows for me ...for eg the current date i worked 30 jobs .than textbox/label should show 30 in it..if i select date range of previous 3 days than it should show me that count

counter is based of Date range
