Cell Values In The Header with Multiple Lines

Via Google search, I found the ability to enter a cells value into the page header with sample code of:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

However, I would like my header to be comprised of two lines (not just one). I would like the first line from cell value C2 (as stated in the above code). But then I would like the second line (carriage return) to be the cell value from C4.

Not quite sure how to code that. Can you help.
