Copy row of data, remove duplicates, paste into a different worksheet

What I'm trying to do is copy all values in column A starting at A8 in worksheet Off-Site - A Distance, remove all duplicates, then paste the results in column B starting at B2 in worksheet Rating Summary. The results I'm getting appear to be erratic. In some instances only the first entry in the Off-Site - A Distance appears in the second worksheet at B2. Other times the whoe list appears but it starts at B8, and still another time the results don't show at all. I am not getting any errors.

Any ideas?

Simple array construction can do this.. job.
but you have to attach a sample file with expected result..

You need to remove the error trapping to see why the code errors. This mask the error, but will not address the error.
