How to insert just 1 .cgm to excel when they are in the same folder

Dear Friends,
I am amataur user in Excel. I am making the report for my company. I have one .cgm file (one kind of image file, I checked that this file can insert manualy to excel). How I can import this file automatic in to excel file if I just copy this file to the same folder with excel file.

Hi

On the Insert tab , just click on Pictures and you will have the opportunity to select your file.
If you just hover over the icon, there is an option to "Tell me more .." which will give you any further information you require

Hi Mr. Govier,
Thank you so much for your help. My problem is my .cgm file will change many times and the folder contains excel file and .cgm file is change too. I dont want to open excel file and use the Insert picture function. I know VBA can do it but I dont know how to do.
