Need to copy and paste activex buttons while changing the ranges they work with

First post so... sorry if there is something wrong below.

I have a table with Titles from A2:I2
There is another Table from K2:N26 with Title in row 2
The way the second table works is to give users two sets of data (columns L and M) and let them decide if they want to use this data to fill column N with simple activex buttons at the top of each data column that would simply copy and paste the selected column. Users can also input whatever data they want.

Ive created a template of this but now to the problem:
I need one of these tables (K2:N26) for each of the filled rows in first table mentioned, this first table is filled out with information from a Macro and is variable in length. I would like for created tables to be moving to the right so the first would be (K2:N26) second (P2:S26) and so forth. I know how to copy the cells and fill the tables but is there a way to have each table have their own set of buttons that will only interact with the table below it.
