    Find discrepancies between 2 worksheets

Hi - I have 2 reports with employee information. One report will come from one source and the other from another source. The fields will be laid out the same with the employee ID as the unique identifier. What would be the best way to identify discrepancies between the two worksheets? Each employee will have their own line of data but if the salary (or any other attribute) is different on one sheet vs. the other, is it possible to have this information pop up on a 3rd sheet by ID?

    Thanks!

    Good morning amc8468

    ...and welcome to the forum!!

Create a third sheet with this formula is A1 : =Sheet1!A1=Sheet2!A1

Copy the formula down and across.
Any cell containing the word FALSE will be a difference.
Use conditional formatting to make it more apparent.
